Lot #15
Ameripaca's Lizbeth
Suri Female
DOB: 10/11/2006
ARI#: 30688971
Color: Light Brown
Sire: Carlo Barberra of PVA
Dam: WWF Lovey
Lizbeth is a full Peruvian yearling with a strong pedigree. Both of Lizbeth’s parents were successful in the show ring. Her sire, Carlo Barberra of PVA, won second place at three major shows: The 2001 All American Futurity, the 2001 International Alpaca Odyssey, and the 2000 CABA Show. He is a light brown herdsire sired by PVA Mahogany Prince (purchased by Randy Welman for a record selling $325,000). Lovey, Lizbeth’s dam, is a deep maroon color and won 1st place female dark suri at the 2001 Kentucky Classic. She is also dam to Lovelace who sold for $58,000 at the 2005 Breeder’s Choice Auction.
Lizbeth will be a perfect age to represent your farm in the Fall 2007 and Spring 2008 shows. She has many suri traits desirable both in the show ring and in your breeding program. Lizbeth has excellent luster, good density and full fiber coverage on her head and legs. She exhibits a typey suri head complimented by a beard.
Lizbeth has had good weight gains since birth. At 90 pounds at weaning (6 months), she follows our rule-of-thumb to weigh at least half her dam’s weight at weaning.
Lizbeth will be ready to breed in the Spring of 2008. Our herdsire preference for Lizbeth is Chinaco, our newest black herdsire out of the Macgyver line.
If you are looking for full Peruvian colored female likely to produce color, Lizbeth is your girl!
Finance terms: 25% down, four years, prime + 1%.
