Kali has that outstanding huacaya phenotype that we all strive for. She is a big girl with excellent upright stature and balance. Her fleece is amazingly uniform with exceptional coverage. Kali’s has high frequency crimp that remains consistent from her head, to her neck, through the blanket, all the way to her hips. When Kali was sheared we were impressed by her fiber’s excellent sheen. We look forward to seeing her second fleece this Fall and think you will be impressed.

Kali’s sire, “IAOC Peruvian Everest” has just begun his breeding career and has produced several outstanding offspring in Canada. His sire, “CPeruvian Accoyo Arctic” was imported in 1998 to Canada, limiting his genetics in the United States.

Kali’s dam, HCLA Kabete, is out of HCLA Bolivian Ice Man, one of Canada’s most outstanding sires. Ice Man is also sire to Ice Maiden, who won the 2002 West Coast Breeder’s showcase and 1st Place and Grand Champion at the Northwest Alpaca Showcase in Idaho.

Kali is truly an outstanding female with a wonderful personality. She has rare and nearly “impossible to get” bloodlines. What a great outcross for your phenomenal male!
