Lot #69
AABC Sorceress
Suri Female
DOB: July 31, 2005
ARI#: 1449136 (view
registration)
Color: Dark Fawn (DF)
Sire: Ameripacas
Pappa Gallo
Dam: Shania's Sarahbeth
If you have a grey breeding program, dont
miss this little gem. As her name implies, she could work
magic in your herd! Though appearing dominantly fawn, Sorceress
is really an appaloosa, as she has numerous grey spots on
her blanket. Her sire is Pappa
Gallo, a blue ribbon winning grey appaloosa out of Gunsmoke.
He won 1st Place Juvenile Grey Male and 1st Place Breeders
Best at the 2003 AOBA National Show. Pappa
Gallo has produced solid silver grey as well as grey appaloosa
offspring. Sorceresss dam, Sarahbeth,
is a dark fawn (out of a black sire) with a micron of 18.8!
Probably one of the first things youll
notice about Sorceress is her very soft hand. This is no surprise
since both her parents are very fine fleeced. She also has
good density and luster in her soft locks.
Sorceress has a very sweet, calm disposition.
Both of her parents are farm favorites because of their wonderful
temperaments. Even though Pappa Gallo settled his first female
at 21 months of age, he remains one of the most docile males
on the farm.
Sorceress is sold with a free breeding to
the Ameripaca
herdsire of your choice. Our choice would be Titan,
because hes produced greys with gorgeous heads and uniform
grey color (see Skywalker, Lot
#35), but we have seven unrelated black and grey males to
choose from.
Futurity
Pre-Registered.
