Casanova won 2003 Herdsire of the Year at the All American Futurity, Indianapolis, IN. Casanova is a full Peruvian grey son of Peruvian Bueno, who was the high seller at the 1994 Futurity auction and remains one of the top herdsires in the country.

Of Casanova's 51 offspring, over 50% are grey or black. Casanova was the high seller at the 2002 Celebrity Futurity Auction. He had a micron count of 18.3 at 3.5 years of age!

Casanova is co-owned with Larry Johnson and Carole-Ann Lonson, Canzelle Alpacas.
