Carlo won 2nd Place at the 2001 All American Futurity, 2nd Place at the 2001 International Alpaca Odyssey, and 2nd Place at the 2000 CABA. He is a beautiful dark fawn colored herdsire.

His sire, Mahogany Prince of PVA, won 2001 and 2002 Herdsire of the Year at the All-American Futurity. On January 12, 2004, Randy Welman of American Style Farms purchased The Mahogony Prince of PVA for a world record-setting price of $325,000. Mahogony Prince is the founder of generations of top-quality American suri alpacas. His direct offspring have 23 Championships to date. Mahogany Prince has produced 100% suri, 100% colored offspring with nice suri heads.

Carlo is co-owned with Ruth Inglefield of Alpacaria.
